When you book a stay, we process the data necessary to confirm the booking, prepare your stay, and process the payment correctly.

Payments may be processed via external payment providers or booking platforms. These parties process payment data according to their own privacy policies and security measures. We do not always receive full payment details, such as full credit card numbers.

7. Guest registration and legal obligations in Italy

As an accommodation in Italy, we are legally required to register certain data of our guests and pass it on to the competent Italian authorities, including the Questura via the official Alloggiati Web system.

For this purpose, we may ask for a valid ID from all guests upon arrival. The data required for this, such as name, date of birth, nationality, and document details, are processed exclusively to comply with this legal obligation.

This data must normally be submitted within 24 hours of arrival. For stays shorter than 24 hours, a shorter period may apply. We process this data only to the extent required by law.

8. Sharing data with third parties

We only share personal data when necessary for our services, legal obligations, or technical support of our website.
